I really cannot explain how helpful this video was! The instructions were so clear and fixed so many of the problems I have seen myself make. I really am so excited to try this out in the pool; just a big thank you for posting this!

Great video, thanks a lot. I had trouble finding an helpful video on youtube. Very simple, easy to understand tips. Won't make me a champion, but will definitely help me have a better technique.

This is the best video on swimming technique that ive seen. Been swimming this morning and could really tell the differencce, just by watching and learning from this clip. so thanks a lot, cant wait to go again.
