I agree that while this most definitely is not black metal, it is some sort of metal. Very commercial and with some black elements in it. Doesn't really do much to me, but I've heard worse. I personally don't care much about lyrics concerning society in metal (especially not in black metal) as I prefer more poetic lyrics with mythological or philosophical (Nietzschean etc.) aspect in them.

this is not black metal i agree... but this is metal, this is somekind of gothic metal...but do you think that in evry metal the lyrics are about satan and hell... look at angela gossow (arch enemy) she is one of the best death metal singer, and her songs are about the society and not about satan, bands like Mayhem got lyrics with the elements of satan and hell, becuose they are black metal...

hm like? and ok, what is it then? Ive listened to alot of gothic metal, dark metal and black metal and i have to say of all those genres (cause it CERTAINLY isnt death doom or just plain metal) it sounds most like gothic metal you want to hear what real dark metal is? listen to madder mortem.
