I really wish ross perot had won and truly changed politics. I supported a nader this year and although if I had a gun to my head I would vote obama over mccain, i think its time for all the ppl to realize their is only little difference amongst the candidates.

Well honestly, what good is experience when you dont have a brain in your head? Before Bill Clinton left office, our country had surpluses, and then came an "experienced" George W Bush and flushed those surpluses down the drain! Say what you want about Obama, but he sounds like he has a good brain in his head like Clinton did! I mean we had a choice between him, or another 4 years of Bush policies/broken promises/lies, but we were sick of that, and we made the right choice!

corporate welfare. more money for those poor little rich people.

hey bush sr. didn't ruin the economy. Poor guy had to contend with all the deficit from Reagan.
reidmustang88 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
the reason we're in a deficit isn't necessarily b/c of taxes. the laffer curve proves that higher taxes lead to lower revenues for the government due to decrease of consumer and supplier involvement to avoid taxes. Bush has spent WAY too much money which counteracts his tax cuts and actually makes them useless

why don't you offer me a counter argument than insulting me. I'm a Libertarian...not a republican. And of course it's opinionated..IT'S MY OPINION! Public knowledge..huh, well of course it is because it's available to the public..it's not private info. People just have to get off their ass and actually research things and think for themselves instead of people telling them what to think

I really like the idea of having 3 candidates. The fact that the Democrats and the Republicans wouldn't even let Ross Perot in to the 96 debates is one of the many things keeping me from committing to either party. Also, "WOW" at Ross Perot's zinger. Is this why the Republicans and the Democrats decided that the audience is not allowed to make any noise during debates?

You must be kidding! lol...That insight is a rather general Republican premise and very much opinionated depending on YOUR politics. "Finance major and econ minor" my ass!! What of it, your stated views are public knowledge my friend, sorry, you haven't proved your case, in fact you look rather foolish with all that tall talk! |
