superfeet have helped a bit. I am going to try speedplay frog pedals next as the SPDs I am using today feel like part of the problem. My problem is mainly in the right foot which was better previously with a different cleat position. Still trying to find the sweet spot.

Let me know how the (superfeet) pedal out! I changed my cleat and seat positions...not much help. Thanks for responding.

I have similar issues. I have had some luck adjusting my cleat position. I am also trying inserts in my shoes (superfeet) later this week.

Let the feet be numb! Ride on...

I have a Strada and I experience numbness after about an hour. I have two pair of shoes with different levels of padding, so I don't think it's the shoe. But, if asked to choose between numb feet after an hour or crushed testicles after five minutes, can you guess my answer?

I love my Bacchetta, thanks for the cool vid! Do you have any problems with numbness in your feet. I sometime have this problem on my recumbent. Maybe my shoes?

You should put a windshield on the front. It'll be more aerodynamic and add about 10mph faster.

damn you guys are fast... (upright trying to convert to recumbents) disc hubs? I only saw rim brakes, average of 22.65 miles per hour the best I have done on flat terain was average of 18mph downhill on my fully loaded touring bike I hit 50 mph which is the scary part I want to forget (vibration all the way down)

Holy Crap, I'm obviously not very athletic, but the most I've done on my Bachetta Corsa is 160km in 7hrs which is 100 miles. However, Ontario Canada isn't particularly flat. |
