Can I share out an external HD connected via usb on the linux box in the same manner that you would share out a ubuntu system folder? I'm computer literate, but a noob when it comes to linux

If you read my comment to make it work with Vista, sorry about that, you need to remove the space that is in "c odemonkeybusiness" and the other one, which is in "viewblogpost .htm"

Great success! Did it with Ubuntu 8.04 and Vista. To make it work under Vista, I used this link: w,w,w,builderau,com,au;blogs;codemonkeybusiness;viewblogpost,htm?p=339270746Remove the commas in w,w,w and replace all the rest of the commas for periods. Replace the ; for /
