Although I am a huge Carpenters fan,I much prefer Sonic Youth's version of this song.This dude has such a serene and calming voice.....Great tune.

I respect the fact they're doing a tribute to Karen but what the heck was that. He was just trying tooo hard to be different and instead the singing was dumbed down. If you're gonna do a tribute do a version that equals or surpasses.

I don't criticize them, they're cool, but i prefer Carpenters - I just happen to like it a bit louder?
