thats not a fair test. The porsche carerra GT and the ferrari f360 are bigger and heavier. The atom in petrol version has a 0-60 time of a second lower than both those cars.

I'd like to see the stock gas Atom compete with those cars. A stock Atom is less than $100,000 and will run with the best.

I knew that the torque of the electric motor will be way better than a petrol engine at start, but seeing the race really let me see the difference. Save the earth! Use electric!!!P.S. I still love the sound of a petrol engine though.

Electronics don't like heat either.I've never understood putting silicon based electronics, and hot combustion motors side by side...
