With such great character customization, it's going to be hard to decide what to make my character like.... For my cop character, I'll probably make a rouge cop with that scar on his mouth, he shoots first, asks questions never.

that makes no sense, having many servers on a 100 player limit will still cost plenty of money for RTW, because, you know, servers cost money to run, not to mention that you have to baby-sitt it to make sure it's not crashing.Unless APB will be heavy on advertising (wich I doubt, as this is a crime game), or Micro payments, APB will be monthly, but I will gladly pay that fee for a good MMO.

Not reallyIt will have servers up to 100 people, and since it's not going to be played on 1 offical server, but lots of them, no, I'm thinking not

aaah right sounds coolactualy im not sure what to make mine, could make him like some kinda action badass with gun holsters and stuff or i could make him a casual rocker lookin guy, the possibilities are endless.

private military contracter, i gonna make mine look like half military and half casual :) i think they will look awesome all tooled up with custom cop cars :)
