Adams is camera shy and sunglasses act as a sort of security blanket. And I would like to see how you could compare this with Dylan? All i see is someone who thinks they know dylan and adams' music as 'country' or 'folk' and therefore they are the same. Disregarding lyrics or subject matter let alone the completely different songwriters that they are.
