Get TubeSucker instead. It is free too. But 1000 times better. It can convert FLV files to any format. MP4, mp3, WMV, AVI, ACC, WMA, WAV, and more. The TubeSucker Pro Turbo version you have to pay for but it is awesome. You can batch download all youtube videos for a given search. It can also batch convert them which is not really necessary. It's built in player can play any file format. It even has a great editor so you can make your own videos from youtuble clips.Google TubeSucker

if the downloader doesnt convert it you just change the extention if download and doesnt convert still .flv you change it to .mp4 or other formats
