That is what Star Trek is all about, isn't it?

Data seems to have a way of summing things up pretty well.

The 2 most logical men ever, live long and prosper!

Spock is a half alien so it's expected he lives longer than humans. McCoy has replacement parts all over the place. Sulu's tea really helped. Rand is dead, Chekov, and uhura are dead. Scotty and Kirk made it through some external factor. (kirk died 10 minutes being in the 24th century) :(

An interesting point. There has been little hope and much indulgence over the last decade. My hope is that having a "mut" in the White House will be a reminder of IDIC "The glory of creation is in it's infinite diversity" "And the ways our differences combine to create meaning and beauty" (Miranda & Spock from 'Is There in Truth No Beauty?')Over the next few years everyone will need to do some soul searching, and Star Trek will always be there to ask the big questions.Peace

In effect Data has spent his whole life searching for a place Spock can never leave. Fascinating indeed. |
