I can see how this has a slight resemblance to tool. the two bands are very different but there's something in the music that has some similarity

it's good to see that they have such a huge following online. i remember them only from VITAMIN R back in the day. i found that vid online and was put onto these awesome songs, wanted to do research. i think they're underrated because hardcore rock fans prob. wouldn't take them seriously with their cute looks...i've seen a lot of threads where ppl said he looks like johnny knoxville and daughtry. but they ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!! love them

they really do sound like they have a tool/perfect circle influence. but at the same time completely avoid sounding like a rip off. these guys are very talented. Pete has a very dynamic voice like corey taylor and ivan moody only toned down a bit. and i agree. they are very underrated. i can listen to each cd start to finish. even their softer stuff has a very edgy, intense feel to it. have yet to hear something bad from these guys and don't expect it to change

i can see how it does in a way, good song ya know. chevelle is a great sound all round. i think they rock. very underrated though
