This bitch doesn't know shit. It takes 1-2 mins per side to sear the meat. Add another 4 mins per side for rare to med. Also, nice job contaminating your cooked steaks.

i think you're thinking of chicken...i'm not sure raw beef blood is anything to worry about...if you're gonna get the ecoli or anything of the like, it can survive the cooking. but YES, salmonila will definitely getcha in a chicken laden pan

looks great but you should never put cooked meat back in the pan that the raw meat was in due to cross contamination. |
