have you not seen the movie? He's a serial killer that takes the skin off women to make dresses for him self. so he kidnaps them and kills them. The nail in the wall were from women who tried to escape

They said that it was Ted Levine's voice as this character that inspired the voice of Chris Griffin on "Family Guy" but I don't hear any similarities. |
