It does, Battle for the Undercity - Varimthas and Putress disappear. Fordragon also disappears, as does Saurfang the Younger. The Camps at the Wrath gate wind up abandoned with people fleeing from them. Also, Alextraza and Korealstraz appear on the site of the battle. You are silenced in their presence. It does a lot, methinks.
