great job!! XD congrats. im doing track this yr and im a newbie and ive been training and so far my time has gone from 9:30- 7:51 XD but thats just for 1 mile but im gonna try my hardest and i hope i make the team

im in cc and my best time is only 20:47, and i hope to get into the 18's next year with all the training. (400 miles this summer)
