I actually liked this (musically). And when it comes to this show, I'm hard to impress.

put feeling into what you sing, you have to let the audience feel what you feel, and try to draw them into the character. Make them believe that you are the character that you are trying to portray. Check out washington high school- Aida. It's so good

Okay, so I know the CD and the soundtrack are amazing, but every performance I've seen of this production has hopelessly mimicked the stylings of Heather Headley, Sherie Rene Scott, and Adam Pascal. Creativity is a great thing in the creative arts...The talent is decent for a high school production, but the direction/choreography-- not so great. |
