isn't it the same fatimah barkatullah whose father mufti barkatullah has just come up with a new and novel 'nikah contract' that has no shari'i basis?

I totally agree with the sister. In a way most born Muslims today have similar things reverts go through in the searching for answers. I was born in a Muslim family, but I only did things my parents did without getting it. Culture was mixed with Islam. Alhumdulilah Allah guided me to search on my own. I get what I do and follow it cuz I no it's true, not cuz of my parents. But reverts do go through more trials, and we should help each others and not let them fall down.Salaam
