not necesserily..a little girl who does rg cant even touch the middle of her calves.......yea alot of gymanss are natually flexible, but not all

aside from the music being a little choppy, this is by far one of the best rhythmic videos on youtube. at least from what i've seen.i tried rhythmic once & it was sooooooo fun :)
