People who need guns are afraid of somebody or something. Fear is very much american attitude. Fear of woman, sex, blacks, latinos, science, something new - but mostly fear of him/herself.Obama's victory was victory of hope over fear and hate.Get a life, rightwing republicans. Don't fear it.

Wow what an idiot... more people die of peanut allergies than from assault weapons. Look up how small of a percentage of police officers die from just firearms... now research how many have died from assault weapons out of that percentage... get your facts streight.

I, as a Swede, cannot understand the defense of the Second Amendment. People defending the right to carry arms use the argument "guns don't kill, people do". I just have to use a brilliant quote of Eddie Izzard here: "but the guns help, don't they?". This is very true.
