(continued) if god sent us to heaven after we sinned against him without repenting then he would be supporting mankind's sin, which won't happen. as for the cursing, well your pretty much right about that one. no one's perfect i suppose. still a great song regardless of your religion or lack thereof.

your right it isn't meant to convert atheists but that doesn't mean it has nothing to do with jesus. and god wants a relationship with man, he doesn't want us to be forced to believe in him. some may say "well it's either hell or belief in god" obviously trying to perceive god as an evil being. but really if god was he wouldn't have given you life or the chance to believe in the first place.

This song has nothing to do with Jesus. He says this song is not intended to "convert atheist in to believers" but isn't that the purpose of talking about Jesus? Didn't he come to the Earth in order to die for our sins and make non believers believers? Come on! Also, on top of that he curses through the whole song. Blessing and curses should not come out of the same mouth, according to the Bible.
