21sec. into the video he his the 250 km/h mark, but watch it again...he starts rolling at the 3 sec. mark then into full throttle or at least gives it more gas at 4-5 sec.

On a chassis dyno, eh... Well then maybe the guy who made this video did not miss any details at all, as he also placed a tv screen next to that chassis and played a video with trees passing by... Douche bag!!

Not really. The car is on a chassis dyno and therefore has no inertia to keep the car accelerating when he is in beween gears. |
