This is the latest incarnation of the HDF video. The narration has been edited to include research from a paper in Physical Review Letters (2004) which puts the size of the universe at 46.5 billion light years, not 78 billion as I originally stated. In the video narration, I round that value up to 47 billion light years.I also took out Numa Numa guy.

No.Simply if we found out that we are the only planet with life on,this would be more amazing than finding life on another planet.I know im after repeating myself but i cant put it any other way. What illusion are YOU refering to.

omg i love this vid.. makes you think ALOT on how there could be more life in a different galaxy.. and think about this!.. they could be humans, super humans, dinosaurs, animals, or something.. but we just dont know.. makes me want to go to college and do something in this field. . . . <(^.^<)

but life is not civilizations. we humans are new to the earth only having evolved in the past little while. there are millions, if not billions of life forms that ever existed on this planet. and there are microbes that survive the extremes.

47 billion light years in RADIUS? is that what he said? that would make the diameter 94 billion light years. holy shit
TheDesertFox (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
What do you mean? You mean like, finding out that is it is all one grand illusion?
wolfborn10 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

larici1984 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

invaderdorkavatar (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Wait, towards the beginning he said the universe's radius is 47 billion miles, so that means the universe is 94 billion miles long? o-oThat's not...very big.

I wish I can drift out into space with the song 0:00 to 1:30 in my iPod, and go into a big Space cloud (nebula). And leave this ugly dying planet... But is only a dream.........
