He's wrong about the "bill of rights". I don't believe the original amendments made any reference to a god. He's right about the gov't though, it doesn't give a fuck about you. The rights you get are the rights you take.

That is not human nature. That's human conditioning. We're not naturally comptititive and dishonest, that's what we've been sold to keep us right where we are, and the longer we believe it the longer we'll stay right where we are. Our raw nature is that of love and cooperation, we're just being fucked with. Our nature is in our potential, infinite and beautiful. Don't believe anyone who tries to tell you your nature is absolute, and that it's ugly and currupt. That's what they want you to think.

That's a really nice sentiment. It really is. But there is something Bill Hicks forgot. People are greedy. People are dishonest. At one point or another. Someone will try to be boss. It's human nature. :(
