well, the highracer uses 700c road wheels, which is not that common among recumbents. Mainly because you would be too high on the bike. That is the reason why they develop such highracer in AZUB, to offer all road components also to people who are not that tall. 29" are used on MTB. There is not a reason to use them here.

The bars on AZUB recumbents are adjustable a lot and in cooperation with adjustable seat, I belive you would find the right position. That is the IPS - Ideal Position System, which is AZUB BIKE very known for.

Neat video! Azub bikes are great, but I must say that 26/26 is a bit extreme for my taste. I like the 20/26 and 20/20 much better.I also find that underseat steering bars on many 'bents could be more adjustable and ergonomic. I must have short arms or something, because I always need to reach far. Or the bar needs to be tilted in such a way that my hands don't sit at a comfortable angle. I don't remember how Azub's steering bars fit me, though.The scenery was wonderful! |
