If that is what you recall...that's fine. Where I grew up the song didn't get a lot of airplay. I didn't grow up near a major metropolis with large "varied" audiences and a selection of radio stations...we had two and they played "Pop Top 40" hits which didn't include this particular hit from Stevie. And besides, as I stated, I was a kid at the time and didn't read Billboard Magazine so please don't PM me with 35 year old stats...it's really not that serious.

and theres a semi-samba beat mellowed into the track that shows up much more pronounced on the semi-instrumental version he included on the 2-disc LP. That plus cbmuzik's oft-heard comment make me think this might not necessarily easier or quicker than his other classics, possibly.

Hmmm, I think I recall it made the weekly Top 5 on Billbaord 100 on airplay & sales. Not too shabby for radio airplay if it did.
