if there good enough they wont need to have there hands up because they have the speed to get out of the way or counter before the opponent lands a kick.

spin-heel kicks are so cliche i want to see some-one get knocked out by something new like a 360(often called tornado kick) or even a podachuggy(i know i definitely spelled that wrong) also i like the song
