Alternative says we need to read "it"--his antecedent is unclear--and do that reading "sinceerly." Alternative's notion of sincerity, though, seems to include calling people "kikkers," which, by context, must be derogatory. Simply put, I want people to be aware that alt.'s is the voice of Islam. (Were his a minority voice, I'd say he's an infidel plant to make Islam look bad, but many on YouTube sound much like him.) Alt. wants respect for his faith, i.e. his profane bellicosity.
