What I find mind-numbing about this is the fact that .. in one of those galaxies, there might be a civilization, with a telescope, much like our Hubble, wondering if there's life somewhere out there, while staring at a picture of our Galaxy.

god u all sound like emoz... its good to accept all this info but in the end we should worry bout our lives more then anything else... and how is every1 insignificant? without doctors, plumbers, engineers, checkout chicks... we could have what we have right now... so u cant really say we r insignificant... we are the most significant outta our whole universe since we live =D

that really is the most important image man has ever taken. there has to be life out there. imagine how much different shit there is, like habital(if thats a word...) planets to ensure humans race's survival like for billions of years haha, and the god damn republicans cut science funds by 70%, VOTE---NADER (we need to decriminalize weed)

This is really nice. I've seen this before and it made me think how could we even just go about possibly roam about when all this beauty and vastness is right in front of us. Especially when people try to be "kool" it's so pointless. Well I dunno where I'm going with this. Anyways Very nice vid.
