Couln't agree more buddy.. technique is vital in the deadlift and if its not followed then injury is inevitable..eventually.. especially as the weight increases!

I love the deadlift.. its a fantastic bodybuilding exercise but i found that the trap-bar or standard deadlift done from knee height or maybe just below, gave much better bodybuilding results with regards to development in the upper back/shoulders. Re lower body, i did squats. People in video are not using perfect technique, incidently..

I have been to a crossfit certification, and all of these people are olimpic weight lifting certified. So before you speak, might want to do some research. They are right on! Ohh, and let's see your form. I'm sure it's awesome.
