to want something and to can afford something are two different things.yes the health care system here in germany has also it flaws. but it is for the wast majority of the population a million times better than the bs they have in the us. so the only one here who should be ashamed is a talking head like you. btw you can always move to the us and enjoy the great doctors there. thats of course you can afford them

Ya, I live in Canada too. Why do you think they get paid better in the US? Do you think it's ok that doctors get paid more because insurance companies over-charge patients? And we do have a shortage of healthcare professionals, just like they do in the US. We do have wait times, like Moore said, for non-emergency things, but not all of them. And if you need surgery done today, you'll get it done today. I don't understand how some people in the US think healthcare isn't a basic human right.

they get paid more coz its run by money making companys who dont have ur health in mind. i live in the uk( scotland ) and we pay 4 each others health care thru tax and national security its not much each week 2 give up when u no in ur hour of need or a friends and familys hour of need ur going to get the best healthcare with out the added hartattack of gettig a big bill at the end of it

As I said before, the BEST doctors and health care professionals get paid better in the USA. If you want top of the line medical treatment, it is in the USA. Why was there a major health care strike across Canada a couple years ago that basically shut down hospitals?Because the health care professionals are underpaid, unsupported and overworked. There is no perfect system, but Michael Cardiac Moore is clearly distorting the picture to sell more DVD's to naive morons. He should be ashamed

If we had the same health care system as the US we would be just as fucked. You must be rich or something cause I can't afford to pay to see a doctor when i get hurt. Wanna pay 3500$ when you break your leg??? Think stupid....before you write.

Shut up that is total bullshit! My wife works in Health Care. Her friends work in Health Care and many are doctors. None of them want to go to the States because they want to work here in Canada. Plus friends of mine who are a Doctor couple came back from the U.S. because they wanted to work in the Universal Health Care system. They hated the American system.There are some identified problems but they only really occurred after we "briefly" bought into Conservatism.

Michael Moore has no idea what he is talking about. I live in Canada,, there are very few doctors here BECAUSE THEY ALL GO TO THE USA! Doctors, nurses and health care professionals are not happy with the universal health care system here and they get paid better in the USA. Get your facts straight you fat idiot.
