Why should the slaves pay for cleaning up the environment damaged by or pay for the wars set up by their masters? Many of the services are not needed if the masters were not corrupt

Reporter asked about the tax, in general, and not INCOME tax so the answer was also about the tax and not the income tax.You call this education a service? What kind of education is this that the graduates never hear a word about taxation, finance, federal reserve, money, interest, this is a dumbing down brainwashing that you should be held responsible against. This is harm not service.

do legal precedents take precedent over the law?

The jurors have the power to ignore the court's instructions and bring in a not guilty verdict contrary to the law and the facts." - Horning v. District of Columbia, 254 U.S. 135, 138, 41 S.Ct. 53, 54, 65 L.Ed. 185 (1920).

If only everybody in america would stop paying their taxes IRS would collapse. That will never happen cause people like this dumbass guy telling us on the video how its fundamentally right to pay taxes. BS he wont admit he is wrong cause it contradicts what he preaches. IRS was forced on the US in 1933 when our money stopped getting backed by gold. Now our money says backed by tender which means our money is backed by nothing . IRS is screwing up our dollar value and we pay them to do that

Exactly correct PNW, the Internal Revenue Code was written so as to make people believe they had to pay it when in fact, it only applies to people who have "income". Anyone recieving enough "income" in a given tax year, for example, would be liable, but did they recieve any "income" that year? Most likely not."Income" is a legal term and was defined in a few court cases: So. Pacific vs. Lowe, 247 U.S. 330 (1918)Merchants Loan and Trust Co. vs. Smietanka 255 U.S. 509 (1921)

Excellent reply freenow77, couldn't have said it better myself. The common sheeple are dumbed down enough that they don't realize the government pays alot of money to intelligent attornies to twist the legal wording around so that words that might have a seperate meaning, mean something entirely different then what they are.

No, you're wrong! Title 26 does not just explicitly deal with income taxes. Title 26 also deals with Estate tax, Employment tax, Gift Tax, Excise tax, etc. Subtitle A in Title 26 deals with income taxes. And only Withholding Agents in section 1461 of Subtitle A are made liable to the Federal Income tax in Title 26. Withholding agents withhold from Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Corporations. If you are not a withholding agent, you are not liable for the federal income tax under Subtitle A! |
