I find it kind of odd that even though this version of the series is lightyears more entertaining than the modern series, the modern series follows much closer to the original comic books vision of the TMNT story.

It's difficult to establish a fact of life when the person in question, giving their critiquement, has the verbal skills of someone who watches modern day cartoons.

i grew up watching this cartoon, man good times. excellent theme song, good storylines. not like the crap thats on today, for example a few weeks back i have been flicking throught the channels and saw 'teenage mutant ninja turtles fast forward' song is bad and the storyline rubbish. i wish they were still showing the old episodes, it must have been 5-6 years since i have seen one of the original episodes.
