Llello93: Your posts have turned around my opinion of Pattie (which I didn't either like or dislike really) but she put up with a buncha shit from these guys...sounds like...you're right...her book looks like it'll be a real page-turner..all the dirt of the time and the inside info on all their relationships. Pattie is like THE ultimate girl of the sixties. I think she's very under-rated and I like that. Twiggy herself said that she based her look on how Pattie was in the early sixties.Also, Pattie didn't have an affair with Eric, but then as you all know he screwd around later,telling her "Fuck off I'm in love with this woman" which was some model. She's been through a lot, and Eric's alcaholism and drug abuse. Waw, I'm just realising how much I've written and I'm gonna stop now!

Patsi51:Didn't know that George was messing around on Pattie.George always looked pretty laid back;can't imagine he screwed around on her.I know that Eric was in love with her at the time and,when you're going thru a hard time with your boyfriend,etc.you turn to a good friend. Eric then screwed her around. It didn't come out right when I wrote about Pattie.I dont' blame her it takes 2 (sometimes 3)to tango.Didn't know all the stuff that was happening in the background.Thanks for enlightening me.

George was messing around on her and Eric was trying to comfort her. She rejected him time after time. Eventually they got together and got married. Then Eric messed around on her. It's interesting that in all this you fond it's the women's fault.

Llello93: Love George and Eric but what is it about Pattie that you like?...she was just there with the boys...can't imagine best friends George and Eric were being torn apart by a woman...doesn't say much for their friendship and it certainly doesn't say much about Pattie...I mean, can you imagine being in the middle of a love triangle with your best friends? everybody loses...I'm a woman and I don't think she was that hot anyway..but there must have been "something"...

Yeah. George is my hero. Pattie is aswell.Eric Clapton is just fantastic.I'm going to buy Pattie's autobiography called "Wonderful tonight" 'cause it talks about the love triangle- I can't wait.
