"Throughtout history, A fetus has NEVER been considered a person."Lair. There is so much history I could through at you, but to save time I'll just use one example. Its called pleading the belly. Many societies past and present that use/d the death penalty refused to execute a pregnant woman on the grounds that her child is innocent and shouldn't be executed for what their mother did. Just because a government doesn't respect a group of people's rights doesn't mean they don't deserve rights.
