a body triangle is dangerous in more than one way. first and obviously it is veeeery tight....tighter than you would think so breathing becomes extremly difficult. second there is not much you can do to get out of it because its so tight and if you try to use your hands on the legs then your neck is open for a choke. really the only thing you can do is t stay calm! key is to staaay calm and slow your breathing then slowly work on turning around into their guard. arms are weaker than legs
