This song is from the ELO album, Eldorado. The album is now a classic for a few reasons: It was their 1st concept album, with a single storyline running throughout the record. The cover art was famous. It featured Dorothy's ruby slippers and the Wicked Witch's hands reaching out for them. Can't Get It Out Of My Head, was the only major hit on the album and that song alone, drove the sales. Boy Blue and Eldorado Finale are well known to fans who have seen them live. ELO plays them in concerts

This is classic ELO at its very finest! This is a tragic love song with beautiful lyrics and a style that will never be recreated in our musical lifetime again. Oh to be young and once again live in the 1970's and 1980's! Thank you ELO for your contribution to my musical library growing up. You taught me good musical taste!
